March 11, 2020 — Acadia Senior Living, LLC is retained by an Atlanta-based not-for-profit developer of affordable multi-family communities to provide site selection services in Alabama. The not-for-profit client intends to construct multi-family developments for the elderly.

Based on guidelines in the 2021 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan as provided by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, ASL is in the process of identifying up to four sites throughout Alabama that will meet the client’s development criteria and which will achieve high enough scores to be awarded low-income housing tax credits (LIHTCs) in the Summer of 2021.
